Rent a car by paying a 20% advance with a card

Pay 20% upfront online with your card to reserve your trip, and the rest upon car pickup. This option is only available if the rental value exceeds 500 RON.

How do you receive the car?

When you rent the car, it will be delivered to you under these conditions:
  • The fuel tank will be full or at the level specified in the rental agreement
  • The car will be clean both inside and out
  • There will be no aesthetic or mechanical damage (if there is any, it will be pointed out at the start of the rental)
All our cars come with:
  • The car will be equipped with suitable tires for the season (summer/winter)
  • The car comes with a first aid kit, warning triangles, reflective vests, and a fire extinguisher as per legal requirements
  • The car is covered by mandatory RCA insurance
  • All cars less than 10 years old are covered by a CASCO insurance policy
  • The car has the ROVINIETA road tax paid
The renter is responsible for the following costs:
  • Payments for toll bridges
  • Parking fees
  • Road taxes if the customer decides to travel outside the country

What is the Security Deposit and Why is it Necessary?

A security deposit in car rentals is a fixed sum of money that is held at the start of the rental period. It is returned at the end of the rental period upon returning the car, provided it is in the same condition.

Why is a deposit held and how can you avoid losing it?
  • The car you rent is provided with a certain level of fuel, which is also specified in the rental agreement. When you return the car, it should have the same amount of fuel. If not, the deposit might be partially or fully withheld to cover the cost of the fuel. Always return the car with the same fuel level to avoid this.
  • The vehicle you rent will be handed over to you in a clean state. For this reason, you are expected to return it in similar conditions. If the cleanliness standards are not maintained, penalties mentioned in the rental contract will apply, and the deposit may be partially or fully retained. The cleaning cost can vary depending on the size of the car, its class, and the severity of the situation. Always return the car clean to avoid losing your deposit.
  • The vehicle is given to you without any external or internal damages, and if any exist, they will be pointed out when signing the rental agreement. If the car is involved in an accident during the rental period, an assessment will be made of the damage caused, and the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover repair costs. Treat the rented car as if it were your own.

Most car owners operate between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you wish to rent a car outside of these hours, an after-hours fee will apply so we can assist you whenever you need.

Mileage Fee

Based on your selected period, each car provides a certain number of kilometers (displayed on the car page). If you plan on taking a longer trip, you can opt for extra mileage at an additional cost.

International Travel Fee

Since there are additional risks for car rental companies when a car is taken out of the country, they may charge an additional fee for this service.

Refund Policy

I changed my mind and do not want to rent anymore!
  • If you have paid a 20% deposit or the total amount by card, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the rental period begins.
  • For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental period begins, a 3-day rental charge will apply from the time you notify us of your cancellation. The withheld amount will be equivalent to these rental days. Example: If you notify us 24 hours before you wish to cancel, we will retain the amount equivalent to 2 rental days and refund the rest.
I rented a car for a longer period, but I need to return it earlier!
  • If during the rental period you wish to terminate the contract early, the rental amount will be recalculated and the difference will be refunded.
  • The method for calculating the refund is as follows. From the moment you inform us that you wish to shorten the rental period, we add 3 days (72 hours). After that, the cost of the rental is recalculated based on the new number of days, and the difference is refunded. Example: A vehicle was rented for 14 days at a rate of 30 Euros/day, 420 Euros in total, and the renter wishes to return the car 10 days before the end of the contract. In this case, the rental will be recalculated to a 7-day rate (4 days of use + 3), which is 40 Euros/day. The recalculation results in a rental cost of 280 Euros, and the renter will be refunded the difference.
